I was able to get in the day before yesterday without doing anything clever. Just allowed me to log on after maybe two weeks.

I'm having the same problem. I also joined the support version of the site, and I can sometimes get on that one, but not this one, at all.

Doesn't work for me, says I must be logged in, I log out, I log back in, no change :-(

Hello ladies I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve asked for support through the proper channels and have received no reply. I’m a new member I joined yesterday. I’m wondering if we might see some kind of update. I was told by a friend not to hold my breath.

I just registered but can't get into chat. Keep getting the same message to try again but when I click on it nothing happens

Try clearing your browser history. That works for me.

Every day I click on chat and every time I get:
"You must be logged in to chat. Please close chat window, login to the site again (log out if you are already logged in), and reopen chat.
Connection Failed, possibly because you have logged in from another location or your current chat session has expired.
Click Here To Attempt To Login Again"

Does it just not work on Safari?

I’m very disillusioned. I’ve been a member for two weeks. I still can’t log onto chat. Seems like any kind of consideration or support is nonexistent here.

I am unable to log into chat Mac user. Have gone into site settings and changed everything to allow, but still will not open. Occasionally it will flash like it is going to but then does not. Discouraging.

We need to know if this is being worked on or not. If it is cool. If not, I’ll just delete this account and move on. A little information flow would be nice.

Most of the users experiencing issues are new users who joined after this update was released, I found the root of that issue and it has since been fixed. If you joined and successfully chatted in this chat room prior to this update being released, I would highly suggest you clear your browser cache/ history. The best program I have found to delete your cache, without any technical knowledge, is CCleaner. You can downlad it here. https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download CCleaner is 100% free and safe to use. I use it myself, and have for years.

I finally got back on chat with my iPhone by clearing any and all history and data from the browser I’m using. And also the cache

I just cleared my cache and website history and it still won’t log in for me.
The constant “updates” are getting quite tiresome.

did not have an issue till today now its jumping in and out will not stay in.
